He began his career at DTZ in Manchester before moving to London with Knight Frank, specialising in valuations across retail, offices, and logistics. Returning north in the early 2000s, James led Knight Frank’s Sheffield office, building valuation and investment brokerage services while advising on high-profile deals.
Over the last decade, James has focused on boutique consultancy, guiding clients through strategic investments. More recently, he has been at the forefront of land transactions for care homes, retirement living, and renewable energy projects, helping clients turn potential into results.
