RICS Home Survey Level 2 Reports

The RICS Level 2 Report is a detailed inspection of a property designed to assist the prospective purchaser in making a reasoned and informed judgement on whether to proceed with the purchase of a property.

Why should I have a survey?

Why should I have a survey?

A survey is essentially a health check on a property.

Understanding what you are buying could be used to negotiate the price of the property and will help you decide whether to proceed with the purchase. These surveys can also be helpful if you are selling, so that you are aware of any issues. This could help prevent difficult negotiations or a sale falling through.

A survey report includes a coloured ‘traffic light’ system to easily identify the condition of the various elements of the property and information regarding property maintenance. We can also include a market valuation of the property.

Our surveyors are Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, providing the very best advice on a diverse range of property, valuation, and construction matters.
