Matthew Mason brings a wealth of valuation expertise to Certus, backed by almost two decades in the industry.
After graduating with a BSc (Hons) in 2006, Matthew joined a private practice in Swansea as a Graduate Surveyor. By 2007 he had completed his PG Dip (Surv) at the College of Estate Management in Reading, and just three years later he achieved MRICS status.
Specialising in valuations for loan security, expert witness, accounts, and lease consultancy, Matthew grew his department significantly and became Head of Professional Valuations in 2015. Today, he continues to bring that same leadership and technical depth to Certus clients.
