Amelia Cullen-Loftus brings grounded expertise and fresh perspective to the Certus team.
A Harper Adams graduate with a BSc (Hons) and an extended placement year, Amelia gained early experience in valuation and rural consultancy before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer. She has since built a versatile career spanning valuation, sales, surveying, and planning, always with a strong focus on the rural sector.
Amelia is also a Commended Member of the Institute of Agricultural Management, recognised for her practical, client-first approach. Based in Cheltenham, she supports clients across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire (her home county), and Shropshire, helping them maximise the value of their land and property assets.
