Zohaib holds an MSc in Real Estate from Birmingham City University and started his property career in the public sector, gaining valuable experience in agency and disposals.
As part of the Certus team, he is working towards qualification as a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer through the RICS APC while continuing to develop his valuation expertise. Zohaib has a particular interest in secured lending valuations and is passionate about building his career in this specialist field.
