Certus Property Consultants has been shortlisted for Best Surveyor at the 2026 Bridging & Commercial Awards, marking a significant milestone for the business.
The B&C Awards are widely recognised across the lending and property sectors, with winners determined by votes from industry professionals rather than through self-submission. As a result, the shortlist reflects the views and experiences of clients, lenders, brokers and peers across the market.
For Certus, the recognition comes less than four years after the company was established.
Since launching, the firm has focused on delivering high-quality, commercially focused surveying advice across the lending and development landscape. The shortlisting highlights the progress made in a relatively short period of time and reinforces the strength of relationships built with clients and partners.
