Kate began her property career at Marsh & Parsons as a Lettings Negotiator, developing strong client-facing experience in the residential market. She later joined AWH Chartered Surveyors in 2022, initially working within the Business Development team before moving into valuations as a Graduate Surveyor.
Alongside her role with Certus, Kate is currently completing a Master’s degree in Real Estate Surveying, continuing to build her expertise across the property sector.
