Tom Cowley combines academic excellence with hands-on investment experience.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate and an MSc in Real Estate Investment & Finance from Oxford Brookes University. Before joining Certus, Tom spent 2.5 years as an analyst in a client-side property investment firm, working across acquisitions, asset management, valuations, and operations in the UK, Europe, and North America.
Tom has recently passed his APC in Valuation, and is focused on supporting Certus’ growth across Scotland.
