Over 17 months, we advised on the full lifecycle of an HMO development, from acquisition through to refinancing. 

We first valued the retail/residential property at purchase, then provided pre-planning valuations with special assumptions on alternative schemes. Once planning was secured, we assessed costs, timescales, disposal strategies, and projected values as development progressed. 

Following completion, we undertook a final valuation to support refinancing into a term loan. Our consistent, informed advice gave the client confidence at every stage, ensuring decisions were based on robust analysis throughout the project.
